Pratt and Donna Faulk are Alabama Natives, raised in Geneva. They both graduated from the University of Alabama and Pratt received his Masters degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Pratt was previously an Engineering Manager in the Aerospace Industry and has spent numerous years in contract negotiations for companies throughout the United States. His 25 years success has transitioned to the Real Estate Industry helping his clients make their most important decisions regarding the sale and purchase of their homes.
Donna's background as a speech/language pathologist coupled with her excellent communication skills provide her clients with the confidence and experience of a smooth real estate transaction from start to finish. Donna is well-known for her outstanding ability to stage a home professionally in order to provide the seller the greatest return on the investment as well as the quickest market turn around. In a highly competitive real estate market, this skill is vitally important to the consumer. The Faulk's believe that as a team their clients get the best representation possible from Pratt's finance, statistics and engineering background. In addition, the Faulk's have been builders for their personal home and their son Adam is currently building luxury custom homes. Amanda Faulk
Amanda is the daughter of Pratt and Donna Faulk. She started her career in real estate immediately upon graduating the University of Alabama, where she earned a major in Consumer Sciences and a minor in Marketing. Amanda worked in Daphne, AL on The Donnie Clark Home Selling Team where she sold 26 houses her first year. She decided to join The Faulk Team last summer and return to her hometown. Amanda currently lives in Madison.
